I just love shopping in amazon for various reasons. I’m an online shopping person. I have shopped in almost all the big online shopping sites. But there is a thing about amazon that makes me order through amazon only, even if I should pay a few bucks extra than compared to other sites.
Quick delivery and helpful responses.
I ordered many products through amazon, most of them have faster delivery options and if not, all I do is write a mail to the customer care people to make the delivery before a specified date. they are really polite in replying to my mails and till now I have got my orders before the date I requested for.
I once was very upset with the size of the apparel I ordered and it didn’t fit me. But thankgod the return was easy and I got my money back in account in two days.
I never had to worry about the sellers, all I trusted is in amazon.
Packing was always good and the delivery never took more than 5-7 days.
Hahaa.the happiest I was when I suddenly got discount when I kept my order in cart(even though actual price was around 200 only). discount was no where mentioned in the product page.
Small things in amazon made me happy. I saw a product I wanted from long time in discount and it was mentioned only one available. I immediately checked out and somehow my payment was failed with some otp issue. when I went back to the product page the price was without discount and I felt bad that I have missed it. Then I got a mail from amazon to revive my payment as it was failed.the product saved was at previous discounted price:)

I had to cancel some orders but I couldnt find the cancel option as it was forwarded to the courier people. Only return option was given. I kept a mail stating my concern to the customer care people. They have been really polite as always, and cancelled the order on my behalf and I got my money back in few days.
Recently the diwali lightening deals are as clear as water. They have given 15 mins of time till checkout and payment unlike the confusing big sale by flipkart where the items go unavailable after payment.
I just love amazon for everything it is.I wish amazon retains its standards in all the years to come unlike stupid flipkart.
