Everyone uses and loves Amazon for their policies and what not. I started using it a few years ago and my experience with it has been amazing. u can find whatever you want, with whatever u need, even what u dont want. choices are unreal. the best part though is their policies.
I had purchased a bicycle tale lamp( photo uploaded) for 200₹ of of Amazon. because im a prime user, I got a delivery next day itself. inside the package was this lamp and a strap to mount it, no batteries. I read somewhere that it includes batteries. the product was non refundable so I was upset, I called Amazon and tolf them, they looked at it and said keep the product, vl refund u your money as well. who does that.
that’s why im just happy with Amazon.
