Good customer service but bad delivery system

I have order Micromax led tv on 22 October 2014, but upto 06 November 2014 it was delayed by no reason.I have contacted amazon and courier company many times, only apologize from amazon and courier company don’t know anything about package.


In amazon website it was shown as arrived to Bangalore on 28th of Oct. but courier people said it has come on 4th of nov. Completely bad service from amazon, courier company and this seller.i have to say about this gati courier irresponsible people.


I have cancelled because of the reason, amazon don’t know when it will be delivered to me.very bad experience and I thought not to buy any more from amazon.They send me the apologize mail.But I got really frustrated on their service.


I have bought a memory card and adapter last month.that was a good experience but now I got bad service.


I can appreciate their customer service people for good response but I don’t know what is the problem with their shipping process.All false tracking update in their website.Website and service is good but delivery system is trouble.
