I purchased Eureka Forbes trendy zip vacuum cleaner, and one of the accessories is missing. After contacting them they refused to replace the product saying return Window is over. Never trust them. I checked the product after 25 days and found I am cheated. Please always check the return Window before purchase. Their 100% purchase protection is fake. They will never help you. It is always better to purchase from a physical store rather than online. Atlesst you can reach them, they assemble the product infront of you and there is negligible chance of fraud or cheating. Do not make the mistake of purchasing electronic items from amazon as I did.
