Hello everyone today I am going to review on Amazon .in. I am using this app for last 4 years and based on my experience I would like to share my experience.
Amazon is most secure and trusted site as compared to others online stores. The interface of the app is simple. Many of the products which are not available at other online stores can be easily found on Amazon.
Now Amazon has also opened Amazon pay by which you can directly transfer your money from the account by which you can do easy mobile recharge and can buy things from Amazon.
From my past experience, I would like to share one of my incidents with Amazon.in
When I was searching for the best gaming keyboard under 5000 rupees in YouTube at found a keyboard which was Logitech G 213. And it was only Amazon where this product was available. Even they deliver the product will 4 days.
But once I hated the Amazon. We have ordered a Levis wallet from Amazon. We have not got the product for 2 weeks. On calling Amazon customer care they told that the delivery boy will not able to deliver the product so you can cancel and make a fresh order. Even after cancelling the product we have not got any refund instead we have received a wallet after 3 weeks. On complaining to Amazon that told to do courier and they will pay for the courier charge. Amazon had returned all the money including the courier charge.
And comparing Amazon all other sites I think it is quite good to use Amazon. They provide us many offers on Diwali and other occasions.
