The mostly popular online store in India is fairly OK for some products but still I m not satisfied with it. Customer service of Amazon is not good enough. There are many products which I have buyed from this site. Recently I bought a dress which was pathetic seeing the picture they provided. So I returned it again and buyed a backpack which was also not good. Basically the pictures which they show are way more different then the product which you get. The quality of clothes are really pathetic therefore the rates are so less in Amazon for various clothing.
Talking about the mobile phone and accessories, one can buy electronics from Amazon prime but still it’s not guaranteed that the product would be fine. The delivery time for prime is much less than normal delivery. Prime delivery differs for product and location in my location it usually takes 2 days. For normal delivery it can take up-to a weak or two. One can trust Amazon in some cases but not all products are the same.
