Amazon is a one of the famous and popular ecommerce sites in india. Its my most favourite place for buying all kinds of products. I have bought items from several sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, ShopClues, paytm mall etc .My favourite favourite till now is amazon because of the following reasons:
1.Quality : As per my experience all the products that I have bought are of good quality.Till now I never had any kind of quality issue from Amazon India. There are several sites which shows different images and sends different item once ordered.
2.Price : One can find all the products of items from different prices. From lower price to higher price with proper description about the product. Also anaxon consistently provides many amazing offers.
- Customer care support : This is the most point why I love amazon so much. In comparison to rival ecommerce sites Amazon has a better customer care support.One can easily return and get refund products, or solve any issues. Customer can be contacted by two ways one by call or can by text support.The only negative I feel is that customer care take so much time to reply to our chat messages.
