Today I will talk about the Amazon Transportation Services. You know this service isn’t comfortable in rural areas, specially in village.
Actually I live in a village and I ordered a watch from Amazon. And they give me delivery date after 7days of booking. So I waiting for it. Then on delivery date I got a message that delivery will be delay due to transport problem.
After 10 days, I haven’t received my book. Then I complain to the help centre. But not in use. Get a message your product is on the way of delivery.
Then finaly after 20 days I received the product. Though I received the the product but it was a bad one. It totally damaged. It’s glass are broken.
Then again complain for refund or replace, but they said it’s courier’s fault, we can’t replace it. Me totally disappointed with this and loss my 499 rupees.
There service is so poor, totally Useless specially in villages, rural ares.
