I paid ₹;12, 000 for a business audit, which was supposed to include a detailed report. However, I never received the report, and they stopped responding to my calls. It became clear that their primary goal was to push me into purchasing their 18-month one-on-one program, which costs ₹;6 lakhs something I declined.
