In business since 2003
The business was not growing. We had added product lines however there were many challenges in marketing and sales. We have added allied products complementing our current products.
We got solution in identifying weak areas, strengthening them and achieving business goals.
Measurable impact is more in terms of organizational structure at this stage than in turnover. The turnover has incereased 20-30%. However we have put in place a good marketing structure and hired good sales personnel in some of the geographical areas of our priority.
We have also given the maker and checker roles to our staff. The monitoring system of sales staff is also implemented and competent manpower is hired for the job.
There is a positive feeling regarding future of the business instead of dejection and loss of interest.
