I should actually say non existent customer service. I have never talked to people who are so rude and disrespectful. Its amazing! for a moment I thought I had the wrong number. And not only that, but I bet the collective IQ at their customer service is about 60. I think it might actually be a condition to get the job. No higher than 80 IQ otherwise youre out.
Biggest mistake of my life, Im paying off the card and getting out. Dont be fooled by their name, their crooks! They dont even answer your questions or address your concerns, its like talking to a machine repeating the same thing over and over again. Also, one piece of advice, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR statements. They are incredible at adding stuff in there thinking that youll never discover them.
Finally, dont ever ask for an increase in you credit line, especially these days. You need to be bill gates to get more credit. Apparently no one is good for them, and yet they want more customer. They think they are the only credit card company out there or that they offer such exceptional services that people will always use AMEX no matter what, the idiots! And whats even worse is that you have a forest gump customer service representative making 10, 000 a year giving you lessons about how your credit score is not good enough. Seriously....
