American Express provides both credit and charge cards. Most of the people don’t know the difference between them. There are two major differences between both of them -
1- Credit card comes with a limit on paper whereas there is no limit on the charge card.
2- EMI option is available on credit cards but not on charge cards.
When I say that Charge card comes with no limit doesn’t mean that you can buy anything from it for any amount. There is basically a shadow limit which is provided to the customers which gets increased automatically according to the spending pattern of the customer.
