I have had the misfortune of using a lot of credit cards
other than Amex (I won’t name them here) but service
with amex has been wonderful. I never had a missing
statement. The statements also reaches my address in
time to make timely payments. In once incident when my
cheque got delayed due to postal problems, Amex didn’t
charge the late payment fee and they also adjusted the
’’stop payment’’ charge after admitting their mistake.
It has always been a pleasure talking to their executives
on phone. There are two sore point though: Very low
credit limits and annual charges for reward point system.
Another plus is that I never had to wait in a long queue
to get through their phone numbers.
