Disgusting customer service philosophy

Be very careful. I haven’t received my Amex Platinum travel credit card and I am yet to receive my Amex Platinum Reserve card. The 1st card have lost in transit as they entered my wrong address and hence it is going on in circles.


Checking mechanisms have gone array. Called up the Amex customer care and they had no clue after sharing the details and said someone will call up from customer care in the next 48 hrs maximum and so far it is more than 72 hrs and no clue about my travel card and no follow-ups from their end. I don’t understand why can’t they have follow-ups in an organized manner?


Very crucial to be successful in today’s competitive world of credit cards. I have been let down and my faith on this company is already shaken before the beginning. Hope they understand and draw up a plan in their board room to revolutionize their customer services.
