Appalling Sales / Service

It is with great disappointment that I’m writing to you that, the sales / service even before I could receive the card is quite appalling to say the least. It has been over 3-4 weeks that I applied for the card and I still haven’t received it. I has to call back the sales person who filled my form a numerous times to know my status rather than someone keeping me posted if there was any hurdle or discrepancy.


None of them had the courtesy to call me and let me know rather they expected me to follow-up again and again to know the status of my card. Only after numerous attempts that I was told that they were unable to verify my officer no. and was promised a call back to sort this issue out.


However to just keep you posted, I fortunately was approached by my HDFC Relationship Manager last week and during one of his usual visit informed me that I was eligible was  pre-approved HDFC Card( REGALIA) and advised me to go for it. To let you know I have already received my REGALIA Card from HDFC and have already started using it . Your card seem to be in no sight even after 3-4 weeks and even after being promised that they will call me back last week I’m yet to know what the status is.


Honestly, If this is how a customer is treated I’m so happy that I haven’t received your card because I’ve lost complete faith in your services even before it could start.
