I must admit that this is one of the best movies I have seen in quite some time(may be 2-3 yrs). Christian Bale is ULTIMATE and so is Amy Adams.
The movie had been nominated for Oscars and had fantastic star cast, this is what motivated me to go for it.
The movie is about how two conmen expose US political corruption and it is presented in the best possible manner.
Would like to say HATS OFF to CHRISTIAN BALE. What an amazing actor. I have become a die hard fan of him after this movie. His portrayal of character is most convincing. Watched Amy Adams for the first time and she is good. She has a long way to go.
Bradley Cooper has also done a nice job but in front of Christian Bale and Amy Adams he falls short. Finally Victor Tellegio played by Robert Di Niro is awesome. He has very small role but he is superb in it.
My take - Definite watch in theaters. It deserves a watch.
