American Swan is a very renowned foreign brand and so I thought of trying it myself. Bought a sweatshirt and a jacket from american swan this winter. I must tell you it’s pretty costly but thought they provide value over it.
The jacket was very good, but the sweatshirt I bought got it’s stitches loosened within a week. I went their store and complaint about it. Rather than looking into the matter they made me wait as they would talk to the head department, and after various minutes of waiting they said that they would not replace it as it might be tampered with and asked 75% of original amount to replace it despite of all my pleads.
Had a very bad after sales experience and would suggest my viewers to go only if you’re well aware of its terms.
