This review is about American Tourister bag. The bag which american tourister sells are made by a company Samsonite.
At the beginning when american tourister started their business in India the quality of product i.e backpacks and suitcase quality was very good, but as the time passes and they thought to reach to the more people they started producing cheap bags to fight with local market.So before their bags were of elite group and where very good but when they thought to reach common people they reduced the quality product and delivered cheap bag s. Now the american tourister bags are available for 1000 rs only.
Second reason not to buy is because they offer very limited warranty i.e 1 year and their product last for maximum 2 years only.
So if you purchased a bag for around 2500 like me because they offer good bags at this price only then it will last for around 2 years only and that is maximum and they will offer only 1 year warranty. This very bad, now only name of american tourister is there and no quality whereas a bag company named as wildcraft offers you a wide range of warranty from minimum 5 years to maximum 10 years.
So I recommend everyone not to buy american tourister products as I have already bought 3 bag packs and 1 travel bag .I hope this review will help you in some way also if you want to know more about wildcraft bags then wait for my next review.
