It is absolute trash.low quality. the american tourister suitcase lasted one short journey from UK to India and back and then the wheels gave in. I drove for three hours to the one and only american tourister repair centre in the UK and guess what? they cannot repair the wheels. made in china. the case is brand new and i have not even removed the paper packing from the outer pockets. I was purchased six week go since it was a gift i cannot provide a receipt of purchase and i don’t know where it was bought from. the "repair center" cannot accept the suitcase without a reciept. the only thing left for me to do is find a dust bin large enough to put this trash in. extremely disappointed.after this bad experience i was buy a new one.
