When I bought the bag it looks nice, but when I searched and noticed that one sidebof my bag stilrip is same as of opposite side.Then I complaint about the defective item to the company but they didn’t hear me well and as of them I am forced to used that defective product.I didn’t know how this major company is so unprofessional about its costumer, because they didn’t even have at least good costumer executive to solve the problem of costumerAfter that time I haven’t even buy any product of that company to use, because my previous experience was very bad with the company. thanks for reading my review.
