Ordered for a Veg Biryani Takeaway. We used to get takeaways in office from Ammi’s Biryani for team lunch or events etc. So thought it would be a good idea to pickup a packet on the way home. After ordering it took for ever to get the package. Almost 40 mins then after reaching home when I opened the packet, it was stale.
Had to throw it away.
When I told this to the manager couple of days later. they were not even apologetic about it. Telling me that if I had returned the packet, they could have done something. Easy to say, I was their last customer for that day.
Haven’t gone back to the outlet ever again.
