Ampa Skywalk was a very good spot for me as I was new to Chennai few years back, I stayed in Anna nagar so basically It’s the only mall that was nearby. As someone seeing a mall’s interior for the first time I was amazed but then as days passed by I became a Chennai Payyan now the mall is not so awesome as I’ve visited other malls. There are things that I still like about the mall.
-First the MOVIES: Yes, who can hate PVR cinemas. But the thing I wanted to mention was availability of tickets. Whenever you don’t find tickets in any other cinemas. Check with Ampa and Citycentre sometimes even in weekends.
-Second the Ambience: Ampa is generally less crowded than other malls and it’s very compact. It’s a very good place for hangouts and meetups with friends.
-And finally comes the Food: I know this is the most important thing but I only like Dominos and Donut shop in there.
That sums it up. A good place for hanging out, Not too many stores available a it has limited area. But definitely do check it out
