Recently I took my mother for ERCP on doctor’s advice to AMRI(Dhakuria-Kolkata).I think this was our most horrible experience that we had there even after paying above average market rate.
The attitude of staff is very careless, rude and callous type.Doctor’s are equally insensitive(Mostly).
The service inside is the worst and they pay no attention to patient’s ailment.They are like butchers
and sucks money from you without any service.
Firstly, even after booking a bed 7 days prior to admission, they kept us(Including my mother
in fasting) till 3 p.m. where the bed was to be allotted by 10 a.m.After surgery, at night she cried
in pain without any help . This was terrible and I always repent why I took her there at this
age . Next day, jaundice started appearing and doctor was casual.No proper details of
patient was provided to us.
I WOULD REQUEST ALL TO NEVER HAVE TRIED THIS AMRI FOR ANY TREATMENT
EVER.-I TELL YOU YOU WILL REMEMBER FOR REST OF YOUR LIFE THE BAD WAY.
PLEASE REQUEST EVERYBODY TO REFRAIN FROM GOING TO THIS PLACE.
