It is my favourite butter. Me and all of them in my homes buy this. I slways choose this butter to make cakes, cookies, etc. It is of two types. Both salted snd unsalted. Both are good and healthy. My cakes made of Amul butter is of a different taste. Everybody in my home, especially my husband like the cakes and cookies I use to make with this butter.
It is of good quality. There is a malayalam cookery show named amul tast time. All the recipes suggested by them are also great. I use to try that. The cover unsalted is of blue colour and the other one yellow. So, all of you please try this butter.
