I have been reading fictional novels since long ago. Amulet of Samarkand was recommended to me by a friend and I'm thankful to him.
The author jonathan stroud succeeded in maintaining a high quality standards of writing and progression of the story. One can easily acquaint himself/herself to the surroundings of the saga.
The story revolves around a young magician Nathaniel and it's ambitious effort to bring forth to black side of the Magician's world. The amulet of Samarkand holds the power of the eternity and how Nathaniel summons one of the most sought after djinni, among the magicians, Bartimaeus to do his bidding.
The book is full of intriguing events and Imaginative details.
I would surely recommend this book to everyone specially book-lovers.
