I am writing this review with deep pain and disappointment . Living in Australia, I hired AMX Detective Agency for a loyalty test investigation on my boyfriend . What I expected was professionalism, clarity and honestly, but what I got instead was one of the most painful experience of my life .
At the beginning, they demanded AUD$1, 775(around 1, 00, 000 INR) . I trusted them and paid, believing they would help me in my emotional situation . But soon after, they again asked for AUD$1, 775, giving excuses about the, : next process " . I felt uneasy, but since my emotions were involved, I somehow arranged the money and paid them again. Just when I thought everything was going to be completed, they demanded AUD$890 more . In total, I ended up paying around AUD$4, 440(almost 2, 50, 000 INR). For me, this is a huge amount, and all I received in return was mental stress, sleepless nights and false promises .
The worst part is - they never gave me clear or authentic investigation reports . Everything they shared felt half-baked, unprofessional and questionable . Whenever I asked for proper proofs, they either delayed the response or gave excuses. It was as if their only goal was to extract more money step by step .
What hurts me the most is not just the money - it’s how they played with my emotions . I was vulnerable, I trusted them and instead of supporting me, they completely exploited my situation . A detective agency should stand for truth, and professionalism, but my experience with AMX was the opposite .
I genuinely feel they are not transparent, not trustworthy, and not client-focused . No one should ever go through what I went through .
If you are considering their services, please think twice . Don’t make the same mistake as I did.
