We went to Anand bhavan last saturday expecting a lot. The place is done up well, ambience is good. But the service was pathetic. I asked about chaats and the waiter said not available. Then I asked what are the timings for the chaat. For that he replied rudely saying its not available now! I had to repeat to him in a lil louder voice to get an answer.
Next, we ordered only 3 items( we were 3 of us), and they messed up that too!
And worst of all, our dosas were cold! We had to ask for hot ones - and yes they just heated the same thing up and gave!
Not going there again! I hope the management gets the message and does something about the quality of service.
