Really a Sarkari Bank with No value to customer

My father has opened one account at their Polasara Branch Orissa on 10/11/2010 and given a request to block the ATM card on 11/04/2011 and subsequently reminded on 04/04/2012 at the BM-Polsara. Even after confirmation from the BM-Polasara about the card has been blocked, AMC of Rs 83/- Has been deducted TWICE within 18months of opening of the account.


Now the interesting fact is that even after several reminder at the branch they shows their inability to reverse the deduction. Then I have raised a complaint on their Website vide complaint number BAN63076466 dtd 09/05/2012, I have got the following Sarkari Email:


Sir   The  charges  debited are  for the  finacial year 2011-12  and the card is in active status during  that period.As   per  the rules  framed  annual maintenance charges  have to be recovered from the card holder if the card  is in active  status  even  for one  day during the financial  year.

Although I want to reply the mail, but I cant because they made some blocking arrangement in their system which doesnot allow to reply, I have tried from my Gmail and successfully sent the mail but even after 10days of time neither I got he acknowledgement of the mail nor the repsone from them.


I have tried to relodge the complaint but again beauty of the technology is that everytime I got some error from their system and finally I could not able to do so.


What a customer care and what an attitude to their customer.


Hence a sincere request to all my fellow readers to just be cautious if you still want to be a member of such a Sarkari Bank then just dont expect the customer care.
