The saree collection is very good, pricing is on higher end.
On top of everything, customer service is pathetic.
I bought a saree for a cousin and since the colour was almost the same that she had, I just wanted to exchange the next day with a different colour. The customer service people treated me like a beggar / thief as if I have come to steal something and never let me in till I had to explain them for half an hour. I showed the bill also but even then they were not satisfied. some 2-3 ppl wanted to verify it. Till then, they asked me to wait near the reception standing like a beggar asking for alms/donation. Is that what any customer would expect from a reputed shop?
Pathetic service. Finally that was the last day I decided to shop there. I never shall recommend that to any friends or colleagues whoever wants to shop.
