Yes, minimum brokerage Rs.30/- on daily basis is not a wise move of Angel Broking. This will discourage small investor. If you buy eg. 100 shares on cash market of eg. Unitech a minimum brokerage will be charged Rs.30/- and same will be tax, STT etc.Hence Rs.7/- share will become 7.60 your cost. Which will be 10% higher.
I am sure Angel will look into this matter for better business. this will be good in long term. Hence, customer will keep looking daily brokerage and then accordingly plan to transact. This will reduce total volume of business.
