Being in such a competitive market, its really hard to digest the fact that the company is so poor in its service to the customers.
I have been assigned a financial advisor who has exactlyZERO knowledge about anything related to trading or even the products of the company. If I follow his intraday recommendations, I will go bankrupt for sure.
What irritates me more is that when you send a mail to the support, you will get a system generated response which will not be even slightly close to your query.
