I have been an user of AB since more than 11 years, 9 years was a long term investor and from 2 years using the service frequently. I see the service quality completely degraded. They don’t support for even account opening and guiding customer properly forget about advising on stocks. Sync between website and app is far slow and sometimes irrelavant. Call center support is very bad, most of the times you dont get connected sometime you loose money when you are trading in some RMS Rule applied stocks. Seriously they need to improve on their support center.
