I started trading in the last of 2014. On searching on internet a lot, I decided to open a demat account with angel broking at a nominal fee of Rs 600/-. They offered me a .03% brokerage amount in starting as I started with only 20k limit.
Only after 6 months I got to know that there are a lot companies in the market which are opening demat accounts with very less brokerage like Ventura Capital, Sharekhan, Motilal Oswal etc( .01%) and at zero account opening charges.
And then I felt like I was cheated by Angel broking, as I did not know about much about trading at that time. Also, they offered me some advice on trading on which I lost more than half of my money in starting 6 months of trading with them. They always gave me some lame excuses and said that they will recover the money. Let give some more time to us. Their staff is not an educational one and they don’t know about anything. And they are charging more money for every service that they are providing to us like online trading, mobile trading, software etc.
I had a horrible experience with them and dont suggest anyone to have a demat account here.
