These guys keep sending mailers regarding opening an account within no time and after opening the account the customer care cannot be reached "No Time"! I mean, you can’t just get in touch with anyone. There is not contact number provided in the site and if you query for a customer care number, the following numbers show up, 1860-500-5006, 1860-200-2006
However, none of these numbers are answered! I have tried them a 100 times but to no avail. What is the use of a trading platform where you can’t get help when needed. The only way to get queries answered is to submit them online and wait for 3 days for someone to respond. Not sure if that happens too!
Really frustrated. I do not think anyone should go with this. ICICI direct is much better. Haven’t tried out Sharekhan yet, but can’t be worse than this!
