First and the most important point is - if you are looking for an out and out comedy like "Munnabhai MBBS" this is not the movie. Don’t pay attention to the lines they ahve written in their advertisement about "Munnabhai MBBS", its just a trap.
This again a movie of duo Arshad and Sanjay. Arshad is in light mood and role. Sanjay is as usual handsome, dashing and power pack personality. There are two heroines in the movie, Arshad is fortunate enough to romancing with both even though macho man Sanjay is in movie. Anuradha Dandekar (Virruddh Fame) is having small role where she has done good work. Minissha Lamba is looking again beautiful after Corporate and Yahaan. Her role is more important and significant. She catches eye of audience. Gulshan Grover like all other villains, turning character actor than simply being villain. Raghuvir Yadav has also done nice in his brief role.
Story
Anthony (a journalist) caught Chetan Hansraj (a millionaire) accidentally killing a girl. He tried to blackmail him but lost his life. Arshad Warsi unknowingly taken up false identity of Anthony. Chetan give a contract to Sanjay Dutt to kill Arshad. Sanjay catches Arshad but money is not transferred into his account so kept him alive. Sanjay is waiting for money transfer to kill Arshad. Till the time he got his money convince him to hear his story. Then Arshad tells him how Raghuvir Yadav had stolen diamonds, how he met him, how he fallen in love with Minissha Lamba. Finally Sanjay Dutt understand that he is not a real Anthony so he let him go to meet his love who is about to fly for India.
Critical Analysis
Plot starts with a long flash back story including songs, dances and thrills. Somehow, length of flash back is not convincing. Few incidences are also looks unconvincing e.g. Sanjay Dutt kills few people in hotel room for simple mistakes and contract killer fires bullets in a hut without checking who is in. He has not even checked whether Arshad died or not. Music of the movie is also not melodious. You may forget the songs by the time you are out of theater. Work of Gulshan Grover is nice but he has very small role with very less significance. Story and Script is OK but it could have been better Direction is really poor, I can say that he is the false player in the team who has cost them dearly.

First thing comes to my mind is - at last on airport, Arshad picks diamonds from trash and says to Minissha - thanks God, you are normal

Photo of Anthony comes only once in movie, when a police officer calls Gulshan that Arshad is not a real Anthony. Many people think, Anthony has not been shown in movie.
