We were unlucky enough to buy a sofa set costing a bomb from Durian in Blore. But the quality is horrible. Within weeks the so called leather gave way. The service was free for life but I had to pay 300 per metre to have it redone. We used it very carefully but it tore within a year and it’s in shambles. The 5 year warranty is a hogwash.
Do not buy Durian at any cost. They have stars endorse their product but its shoddy and totally useless. I put this review under pests because there is no subsection for furniture. Moreove I thought the heading was apt.
