I have been to Munnar-Thekkady-Alleppey & Kovalam through a private tour designed by Antilog people.Being originally from Chandigarh , it was easy for me to go to their office & book
my plans in 1 straight 15 minutes meeting.The 5 day tour costed us 29k per couple & here is how I describe their services
Pros :
1) Best Travel Agent for services .What they promise is what they deliver.May be thats why they are highest rated
2) Quick replying & fit in your needs comfortably
3) Honest feedbacks without looking to sell you the stuff you don’t want. They are basically a holiday company & tries you for a holiday than hotel as it makes servicing easier & hence a good feedback for them
Cons :
1) Rates are low but not as lower as one may think them to be
2) Online customer care reps have a "desi " outlook & don’t speak that well on the phone
PS : It is easy to criticise a company than speaking good about them , This company has managed to keep most people happy so there is something good about them.
They don’t sell coupons and offers so hard to get them come on discounts , 15% off etc
Verdict : Best in India at least for honesty & service delivery
