This is about my experience at Antilog Vacations, who claim to be the best Tour Operators for international travel. This is WORSTRAVEL AGENCY ever met with. Please make sure that you complete all your transactions as some Employees tend to give false committments and further to that once you have paid the advance amount, and given them final go ahead?. they ask you to pay more now for the same package as they r facing loss so now u r stuck in b/w as u have already made the advance payment.Now u have to negotiate with their seniors for the same Deal which they had agreed for and they also say that u have to pay more as we r in loss now.They r big cheaters they Cheat u first they take the advance from u with final go ahead confirmation. then they say we r extremly sorry sir we r in loss and u have to make SOME EXTRA payment. We faced problems when one of their employees - Mr.Sahil parmar gave us details of Hong kongTrip they call 10 times a day and when we made the advance after that U call them 100 times a day and they never pick up ur call. Suddenly we had Mr. Kapil who gave us the confirmation that if u have given go ahead after u don’t have to pay a single penny EXTRA. ahh. we got finally relieved.
but ALAS later he also says u have to pay extra now . Finally we were assisted by Miss Deeksha Malik who finally gave us a workable option for which we eventually had to pay extra.and she told that i’ll now take care of all ur tour .To our surprise after getting the extra payment she also didn’t answered our calls we called her so many times and also mail her to call back but she mailed back that i’m on leave now for family function and can’t call u. Alas she also left us in b/w. Nobody is bothered in this company for ur tour. till last date I asked for our ferry tickets they told u’ll get from hotel front desk. but when we asked hotel front desk.
they denied they told us we hv got room only booking for u. so can’t give u ferry tickets.
when we mailed them from there .they gave us a fantastic reply . As mentioned in ur iternary u’ll get the ferry tickets from hotel front desk.
so kindly contact them we don’t know sorry.
THIS WAS A GREAT REPLY FROM THERE SIDE
One thing more I forgot to discuss.
They have mentioned clearly in the iternary u’ll be dropped for dinner to Khana khazana indian restaurant by the driver and u hv to come back on ur own.but there driver asked to pay 200 HKD$ for drop over there which we paid and came back to hotel paying 200HKD$ .SO THE DINNER FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED ONLY 500 PER HEAD WE GOT TO PAY approx 4000/- indian rupee for transfers.
HATS OFF TO THIS GREAT COMPANY AND THERE TEAM who booked our tour.
NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK UR PRECIOUS TOUR N TRAVEL WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.THEY WILL SCREW UR TOUR?
