We had a harrowing experience too in our recent trip to Kerala.They communicate with you only for payment. They don’t care if you are travelling , lost or stranded post payment.
This travel company is the worst you can ever take a package from. The representatives are so non responsive, unfriendly and inflexible. They booked rooms on the wrong dates and left us stranded in Munnar with kids. Because of this our complete program got changed and we incurred more expenditure to the whole sum amount sent to Antilog. Worst they refused to help us for other days as well.
We could not see the wild life in another resort as it was public holiday . They are mindless about our time and least concerned about our safety and comfort.
Strongly suggest no one should use their service.
