FOOD AND PRESENTATION of anupam sweets is now old class and as it gives all kind of food so anupam’s unable to provide good quality food in some speicific food item as some restaurants are famous for bakery products , or ice cream making but anupam dont have any specific food type it is famous for .
CUSTOMER SERVICE is not at all good as we have to wait for waiter to come for.minutes so that leaves a deep negative effect .
VALUE FOR MONEY is ok ok bcoz it is not as I mentioned it is not famous for any one specific food product despite of that they sell bakery products at a high price of which other famous bakery shops sell . So they arnt giving any discount as they are that much experienced in some feilds.
