Hello friends today I share my personal experience about so smith water heater. I brought this water heater before 7 months. In the beginning it works very well. Performace is good only for some months. After four months, it didn’t heating water. It gives very low temperature of water so I can call customer care, they repair it on same day. But they ask me for 1500 rupees. I am very shocked, I think the service is free but not so. So I complain but they don’t listen my complaints. So I think this is not value for money. I’m not recommend this to all. Wastage of money or time too.
