I had purchased this ao smith water heater 9 months ago and I am sharing my experience about this product. I purchased this product from a retail shop. The product is deliverd and installed on the same day of my purchase which is good.
The product works good for 3 months but after that it started giving problem. I contacted manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product. The technician told me that we have to replace one part of the heater which cost me around 500rs. I will not recommend this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the company
