I am going to share my experience on AO Smith water heater, I purchased it few days ago but I am not happy with it. It stopped working on the next day after installation, four service request in as many days but the problem was not resolved.
The technician visiting on the 6th day after installation and said the PCB is defective and he would replace it day after tomorrow. a defective PCB without even a day’s use
The technician replaced the PCB after 8th day of installation and the geyser is working properly, I don’t know whether it would keep doing so.
