Shopkeepers should be instructed to tell customer that installation should be done by AoSmith executive so that the warranty remain intact otherwise warranty should be covered in any condition. Warranty should start from purchasing. In my case I paid rs.1200 my pocket which is almost half of Gyzers buying price. I think my decision went wrong, I should go with traditional geysre company like bajaj. I had it in my old house but even after 4yrs I need not call service executive yet, absolutely no issues occurred. I won’t recommend Aosmith to others.
