Pathetic Service

Yesterday(24-08-2022) I booked a reinstallation request for my AO Smith X8 water purifier. Today morning, two guys came and started installing. They drilled bigger holes than necessary and more terrible was they made mistakes in measurement. They bent and banged the screws but nothing worked. They accepted their mistake and left the place. Someone else came later and fixed the filter but he drilled two new holes.


Now, the two original holes drilled on the brand new tile remain looking ugly and to cover them I had to compromise on where I am placing the pre-filter.


Due to carelessness of the first two guys (in spite of my telling them to be careful about measurement ), my new tile got damaged.


Very pathetic service. If wrong technicians come they can damage your new tiles. Who is responsible for this? The company needs to compensate for the damage.


Really very bad work by the first two guys.


Edit: Adding to the above complaint, I have not received AMC documents yet. I paid AMC charges to the technician in cash on 25-Aug-2022. He said that AMC will be active from that date. No receipt or document but I took a picture of the receipt he created in front of me. I have called the customer service number many times aboit this. While they acknowledge the receipt of cash, they say their server is down and so AMC document /receipt will take time.


No idea how they can work like this. Just torture to customers.
