I recently bought this water purifier(Unfortunately) very recently. I actually want to buy Kent water purifier but the sales person misguided me to buy this product.
One of the reason which influenced me to buy this product is hot water, but the hot water tastes very bad. Don’t buy this product if you are considering it because of hot water option.
The problem is even after water reaches the maximum capacity the filtering of water don’t stop and the extra water will is disposed from a small pipe.
To rectify this problem a technician came and when he came it functioned correctly, so he said there is no problem. Later after couple of days the same problem came and again the technician came and he fixed some thing(worked for 1 hr). He said the problem is with some water level sensor and he replaced it. Again after 3-4 days the same problem repeated. We again called the customer care, this time they said they will send a senior technician and that person visited our house at around 7.30 PM and started diagnosing. Finally he said the problem is with the pervious technician who came and that person installed the sensor wrongly, and he said he corrected it.
After 3-4 days now again the same problem. I called customer care and asked for a complete refund or replacement.
Take my word don’t buy this water purifier.
