I have been a member of AOL for 6 months now.
I must admit I have not had any experience with any other ISP but am satisfied with the service I’ve received from AOL.
I’ve run into some problems (since I’m a novice) and have had great experience with the help I’ve obtained from their on-line help and telephone help. I didn’t have to ’’hold’’ for too long when trying to reach them via phone. Additionally, I received follow-up e mails attempting to further help me.
Their Instant Message service is outstanding but it only works with other AOL users and, thankfully, my dear ones are also on AOL.
AOL has opened a whole world to me. Before going on-line I thought ’’what’s the big deal with email’’. Sine going on-line I realize that I can now ’’talk ’’ to my precious family daily and it costs me nothing more than the $19.95 + tax monthly.
My only complaint is that the price is going up starting July but guess everything goes up eventually.
