Documentation: The document validation is done by third party. Beware invalid documents because you won’t be able to sustain long in the company max 3 month till the time documentation is done.
This is time consuming process and very irritating even if you have to submit the document they may ask you submit the such copies again and again until they are satisfied with the validation part.
