I bought an APC inverter for my home in June 2008, since then I have already have 2 replacements and 1 is due. Recently I lodged a complaint, technician from Zigma technologies came after 5 days and reported that unit needs to be replaced.
Since then I am waiting for the service representative to visit to replace the unit. I have called and email them several time, every time I hear that unit is not in stock, it will be done in next 2-3 days. There next 2-3 days never comes.
They have outsorced their service to Zigma technologies in Bangalore, there is no connection between APC call centre and Zigma tech. Everytime you call APC call centre, they ask you to wait for long and then they do not have any clue about the technicians review on the customer case. You have to tell them the whole story again and again.
I don’t recommentd anybody to buy APC inverter.
