I am from a small village. So, electricity is for only 10-12 hrs. I bought a apc inverter with double battery for 28500. After 2-3 months the problem has started, the backup has gone from good to worse. There are too many faults. The customer service is even worse, after registering complain you will get reply in 15 days. So they kept on mingling you and delaying. I have been facing backup issues for so many days. When I bought it they said that they will replace it with new one but now they are denying and delaying. Not happy at all. Don’t buy this crap friends.
